Slide Lake
21.9 Miles
Slide Lake remains one of the most beautiful and unique rides there is. While it may be a challenge, this ride is surely worth it. The ride is 21.9 miles, with plenty to see, and worth the hustle. Along the way, you can stop at the little town of Kelley which has a little sandwich shop and other needs you may be looking for. You can also stop at Kelly Cliffs, a popular cliff jump that's around 30 feet. The best part about this ride is riding back from the lake and seeing the Tetons peek through the Aspen trees. Ask us about it if you need any additional information when you come pick up your bikes.
Astoria Hotsprings
Another unique popular ride in Jackson is heading south of town to Astoria Hot Springs. This ride is 15.6 miles and takes some attentiveness riding on the highway, but is worth it if you want to check out an awesome experience in Jackson. You do have to make a reservation, which you can through their website below, but there are free access areas and plenty of other river access points if you are looking for em.
Phelps Lake
16 Miles
This ride involves a little more unique effort in terms of both hiking and biking. You can take two routes to get to this area either by stopping in Teton Village and then making your way up Moose Wilson Road, or you can start by going North out of town into Moose and taking the same road the opposite way. This ride is about 16 miles, but feels a bit longer because of the tightness of the road, which may not be attractive to some, but worth it if you can bear the the tight road. You end of parking your bike at the Rockafeller center, and then hiking for around 30-40 minutes depending on the person. And if you get to it, there is rock with a great view of the canyon, Let us know if your interested and need any additional information.
